Extra Blank Player/Coach Pass Sheets:

The league registrar attempts to keep extra blank player/coaches pass sheets on hand during the course of the season based upon demand. As a coach, you can have you club rep pick-up extra pass sheets during the General Membership meetings held during the playing season. Or, they can contact Scott O’Donnell, Gary Rambo or Helmut Lackermayer.

Coaches may also go directly to the NJ State Office to get extra pass sheets at any time). Go to www.njyouthsoccer.com for directions.

NJYS does not currently charge anything for the pass sheets.
