SJSL - SELECT PROGRAM

Mission Statement

It is the proposed purpose of the South Jersey Soccer League Executive Board to design and initiate, a program of advanced soccer training and play opened by tryout to all SJSL participants.

This program should be designed with the intent to draw participation from the highest-level players within our organization. These players should be afforded the best possible training, optimum playing experiences and full backing from within our organization.

This program will be run separate from all league play and should in no way jeopardize the integrity of any pre-existing SJSL team. Furthermore, the design of this program should incorporate structured policies as such to enforce its purpose and penalize its abuse.

The desired outcome of this program is to enhance the skills of selected SJSL players through participation with other players of their caliber, under the best quality coaching and training, and with the full support of the league.
