How to Obtain a Replacement Coaching License Certificate

If you have lost or miss-placed your NJ State Coaching Certificate ("F", "E" or "D" license) you must communicate with the NJ State Office to obtain a replacement. Email NJYS at office@NJYouthSoccer.com
 

You will need to give them the following information: name; current home address, daytime phone#; what club hosted the class; month & year you took the class; and if your home address was different when you took the class.
