Welcome to Assignr: Club Contact Quick Start Guide

Welcome! You have been added to our scheduling system on Assignr as a Club Contact. This account gives you visibility into our game schedule, assigned
officials, and team updates. Follow this guide to get your account configured.

 

Step 1: Activate Your Account

Before logging in, you must complete your initial account registration:

  1. Open your email inbox and look for an invitation with the subject line “Welcome to Assignr” or “Account
    Created”.
  2. Click the unique activation link provided inside the email.
  3. Choose a secure password and confirm your primary contact phone number.

 

Step 2: Download the Mobile App

You can manage your schedule on the go using your smartphone:


Note: Sign in using the exact email address and password you established during Step 1.

 

Step 3: Navigating Your Dashboard

Once logged in, your account is configured with custom privileges tailored to our club structure:

  • View Schedules: Access the master game schedule, filterable by date range, team name, or field location.
  • Check Assignments: Click on any specific game on your dashboard to see if referees or umpires have been
    assigned and confirmed for your matches.
  • Manage Notifications: Go to your Profile Settings to choose whether you want to receive immediate email or
    push notification updates regarding schedule changes.
