How do I report an inappropriate or offensive team name?

When registering a team within FPL, all managers are asked to think carefully before entering a team name. Teams with names that are deemed inappropriate or offensive may result in users’ accounts being deleted (see Terms & Conditions).

If you spot a team name you find inappropriate or offensive then please let us know by reporting the team name, the manager’s name and the league in which you encountered the team using the form at the foot of the Help page and we will take appropriate action.

How do I delete my account?

Please see the following instructions to delete your account. This process will permanently delete your account details, along with access to Fantasy Premier League:

1. Log into your account and navigate to
2. Re-confirm details (you will see that no mailing options have been selected)
3. On the ‘Your Account’ page, click ‘Manage Profile’ (located on the right-hand side)
4. Click ‘Delete Account’
5. Enter your password
6. Click ‘Confirm Password’
7. On the following page, click ‘Confirm’.

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted in 21 days and if you would like to return you will need to create a new account. Please note that if you log back in to your account during the 21 day period the account will be reactivated. You will not be sent any communications from Premier League or partners during this time.

I can’t sign in. What do I need to do?

Please ensure you are using your registered e-mail address and correct password. Note that the password is case sensitive.

If you’ve registered for the first time this season, you will need to activate your account before entering a Fantasy Premier League team. An email will be sent to the email address you’ve registered with and contains a link you’ll need to click in order to activate your account. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam or junk mail folders.

Try resetting your password. A temporary password will be sent to your mailbox. Please update your password once logged in.

If you do not receive the password reminder, please check your Junk folder in your email inbox and add [email protected] to your address book.

I have set up a team, but I can’t see my history or renew my leagues from previous seasons. Can you link my new account to my old one?

Unfortunately, we cannot link your history from an old account to a new one. If you have set up a team for this season using a different email address, you will not be able to view your history from previous seasons on that account.

In order to see previous seasons’ scores, you will need to sign in on the homepage using the registered email address and password combination from the previous seasons and set up a team using that account.

If you want to change the email address your account is linked to, then access your account via desktop, tablet or mobile device. From here you can update your personal information, including email addresses and passwords, as well as any preferences that you have previously selected.

Is there a mobile app to manage my Fantasy Premier League team?

Yes, the Premier League mobile app is available on iOS and Android and it is free to download. There is not currently a Windows mobile app.

In addition to Fantasy Premier League, the app features Premier League fixtures, results, live scores, tables, stats, news, videos and much more.

How do I update my account details?

You can update your account at any time once you have logged in.

Just access your account via the site header, or menu when using a mobile device. From here you can update your personal information, including email addresses and passwords, as well as any preferences that you have previously selected.
